You then have both the spreadsheet and accompanying information together. So a Numbers spreadsheet is in a note where I also write explanations regarding my budget. The different file types you put into Evernote can be maintained from within Evernote. So you can actually see what you are doing. But with Scanbot the loupe is placed somewhere else than just on the corner you adjust. With Scanbot you can see the corner you adjust in a loupe.
Because you often have to ajust a scanning a bit, and only Scanbot does this in a smart way. So with Evernote you can trash all your paper binders. My wife keeps track of all things garden and growing stuff in lots of Evernote Notebooks.
